SpellPath terms of service
The agreement for using SpellPath (Friends), the invite-only build of SpellPath.
These terms are an agreement between you and Angela Taylor LLC ("we") for use of SpellPath (Friends), including the extension and its API. By using it, you agree to these terms.
Access
SpellPath (Friends) is invite-only. You need a Google account on our invite list, and you must be at least 13 years old. We may add or remove access at any time.
Your API key and costs
SpellPath (Friends) doesn't charge anything. You provide your own API key for the AI provider you choose, and that provider bills you under its own terms. You're responsible for any charges on your provider account.
Acceptable use
You're responsible for activity on your account. Don't use SpellPath to break the law, to generate content that harms others, to share your access with people who aren't invited, or to overload or interfere with the service.
AI-generated content
SpellPath's stories and questions are generated by AI. We design the system to stay accurate, but generated content can still contain mistakes. Use it as a learning aid, not as an authoritative source, and verify anything important.
You may use the stories SpellPath generates for you for personal and educational purposes. We own the SpellPath software, design, and brand.
Changes and availability
SpellPath (Friends) is an early build and may change, pause, or end. For material changes to these terms, we'll give notice by email or in the extension before they take effect. We may suspend access for anyone who violates these terms. The service is provided "as is," without warranties, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
